Our history
ClearFlow Utility Services was founded to support water utilities where it matters most: in the daily work of operations, compliance, and workforce development.
Founded by Nicholas Samples, a Class I Water Treatment Operator, Class II Wastewater Operator, U.S. Army veteran, and experienced utility leader, ClearFlow brings practical, real-world experience to the challenges utilities face every day. Our services extend from wastewater operations support and plant operations to SOP development for utilities, regulatory readiness, operator mentoring, and small-system support. ClearFlow is built on the understanding that utilities need solutions that work in the field, not just on paper.
